Still looking for something to do on Halloween? This sale on DLC for The Sims 4 might be able to help you with just that.
For a limited time, you can pick up three Halloween and occult-themed add-ons at almost half price.
The Sims 4 Halloween Bundle includes Vampires, Werewolves, and Spooky Stuff. That’s two Game Packs and one Stuff Pack for only £23.99.
The Sims 4 Halloween Bundle: Everything we know
Each Pack selected for the bundle includes a few fun options to keep you entertained all throughout your Halloween evening. If all you want to do is throw an unforgettable costume party for your household, then Spooky Stuff has you covered.
This cute (if slightly slim) Stuff Pack adds a new event type, pumpkin carving, recipes, and an interactive candy bowl. Although the new party type is the highlight, it also includes a truckload of costumes and decor to help you get ready to host the ultimate Halloween party.
The fairly self-explanatory Vampires and Werewolves Game Packs both offer a lot more content than Spooky Stuff, as they introduce two new occult types. And yes, both types absolutely hate each other’s guts, Twilight-style.
As well as adding the obvious, the packs also introduce two incredibly gloomy neighbourhoods: Forgotten Hollow and Moonwood Mill. Either spot seems like a solid backdrop for your eerie gameplay.
When is The Sims 4 Halloween Bundle available until?
The Sims 4 Halloween bundle is on sale until November 3rd. You’ll still be able to grab each add-on separately after that point, but you won’t be able to enjoy the 40% discount.
Which platforms can you get the deal on?
Regardless of whether you Sim on PC, Mac, or console, you’ll still be able to be a part of the fun. The bundle is available through the Xbox and PlayStation stores, alongside all the usual launchers you can play The Sims through on PC or Mac.
EA Play customers get even bigger savings
You can stack discounts for even bigger savings. If you’re already subscribed to EA Play, then you can save a further 10% off the bundle price, bringing it down to a total of £22.49.
Want to join in on the fun for free?
If you feel like you’ve already bought enough DLC for The Sims 4, then don’t fret. You still have a few options for celebrating Halloween in-game without dropping any more Simoleons on it.
Base Game already includes a few creepy features perfect for your Halloween gaming. Ghostly gameplay is available for all Simmers, with no additional DLC needed, so you can haunt your neighbours to your heart’s content.
Alternatively, you could summon the Tragic Clown and wreak havoc at your Sims’ party. What screams Halloween more than that?
If vanilla Halloween in The Sims 4 isn’t satisfying for you, then you could also turn to the modding and custom content community. No need to worry about trying to pull together a costume with whatever’s already in your Sim’s wardrobe.
