One of the appeals of InZoi gameplay is the ability to choose the setting you’d like to move into from a list of cities inspired by various locations around the world. As of the 2025 beta release, there have been two cities currently available. However, a third city has been in the works under the name Kucingku, with fans eagerly awaiting this addition.
InZoi devs have revealed a sneak peek on the Kucingku city, which has now been renamed Cahaya, meaning “light”. A complete summary of these new details has been outlined below.
All New Details On InZoi’s Upcoming Cahaya City
As described by the devs, Cahaya is a resort-themed destination where players can enjoy relaxation away from busy city life. Just like the other in-game cities, Cahaya has its own set of unique attractions and activities that can not be found anywhere else. This includes the likes of farming, boating, and exploring islands.
Most importantly, one of the strongest appeals and most highly-anticipated aspects of the Cahaya city is cats! Cahaya has numerous cats that roam the city, found everywhere around the island. It is expected that these cats can be interacted with by Zois. They may likely even be the first step towards players being able to adopt and raise their own pets in-game.
As explained by Kjun, in this new sneak peek letter, Cahaya has been designed as a ‘resort’ like city. Players can find relaxing environments and interactions to take a break from the busy lifestyles of other locations. New information regarding how this will influence jobs in Cahaya has come to light – there will be no jobs!
Additionally, there will also be no schools and university systems in place within Cahaya. According to the devs, players can opt to enjoy a self-sufficient lifestyle through activities such as farming and fishing. The much-anticipated improvements to the job system will be implemented in the next upcoming city to follow Cahaya.
It is currently expected for Cahaya to be released in InZoi around August 2025. For new updates, be sure to stay tuned for further updates and information.
