With everything in the world of The Sims both officially and unofficially now centering around the hotly-anticipated Enchanted by Nature expansion, those of you who can’t wait now have a new way to get your au naturale fix. That’s because The Sims 4 Nature’s Calling event is now live!
Working with wood
What’s on offer? Well, right now nothing sensational because this event is split over multiple weeks running from June 24th (today) to August 5th. But there is something very woody that’s just hit The Sims 4, because you can log in right now to receive your own Woodworking Table entirely for free.
This is what the event is centering around, and by the end you’ll be able to create benches, chairs and even your own Outhouse for- er, well, indoor plumbing is a bit passe I assume?

But the Woodworking Table is just a taste of what’s to come as not only can you look forward to those aforementioned furniture pieces, you can also nab yourself a tattoo, music track, magazine collectibles, rocks, sandals, swimsuits and more all across the next four weeks!
All the minute details are available via EA, including optional goals for owners of other expansions such as Horse Ranch and Cats & Dog, as well as specific timings.
The Collect Call of Nature
For fans who might be a bit sceptical about Enchanted by Nature, or who simply find fairies to be a bit much this is the perfect event. Offering a good midpoint between the nature-themed elements without necessarily bringing in the more fantastical stuff.
Of course, that may not be enough to sway you, but for even the most sceptical player it’s still a good way to nab some free goodies over the coming weeks as summer really sets in!
But, if you are impatient to get into all that fantastical fairy stuff then you’re in luck! Because the latest gameplay trailer is right around the corner, arriving on Friday June 26th, where we’ll finally get a good look at the gameplay in Enchanted by Nature and find out more about how all the systems work.
