Gibbi Point is full of natural wonders. These wonders aren’t confined to any specific corner of the map – the geysers of Wanderwood Wilds are just as gorgeous as Jellyfish Junction’s panoramic views of the Fletcher View Peninsula. Crystal Valley is no exception, offering bioluminescent pools to dip in and its own geologically significant riverbank for panning.
But the real star of the neighbourhood is the Electric Lagoon. This deep blue pool is a natural swimming spot your Sims can make the most of. If they’re lucky, they might even have some glowing company.
How to find the Electric Lagoon
Surprisingly, you don’t need to head to Jellyfish Junction for this one. Instead, you’re going to need to head over to Gibbi Point’s Crystal Valley neighbourhood to be able to find the Electric Lagoon. You can travel to any lot you want to, but I’d choose the Fearful Fish Lounge since it’s the only public lot in the area.
Next, you’re going to need to zoom out and scroll to the right-hand side (or east) of the map. Watch out for a secluded pool of clear blue water surrounded by rocks. If you look closely, you might even see a few big jellyfish floating around already.
Struggling to find the lagoon? Pruella the Plumbird hangs out around there often, so if you see Gibbi Point’s friendly neighbour cryptid headed somewhere, maybe keep an eye on where she’s going.
How to swim with neon jellyfish
Finding the lagoon was the hardest part. Now you just need to get your Sim ready to swim with the jellies.
Select the lagoon and use the Neon Jellyfish Swim interaction. This is a special interaction you can only use on the Electric Lagoon – it won’t be available on any other bodies of water in the area.
Your Sim will jump in and become surrounded by the luminous creatures. Don’t worry – despite the lagoon’s name, they won’t actually sting you. Instead, your Sim will gain the Jelly Style Moodlet. This gives a +2 Inspired buff, which will last for three hours.
Still scared of being stung? You can also go kayaking in the lagoon to enjoy the jellyfish from afar. You just won’t get the Moodlet.
