There are many possibilities for players to uncover in the world of The Sims 4, from simple ambitions such chasing the craziest dream job, to crazy occurrences such as editing the DNA of your Sim with supernatural influences.
Once such possibility in The Sims 4 is for Sims to become fairies, thanks to the Enchanted By Nature Expansion. If you’re interested in having your own Sims become fairies and are wondering how to do so, all relevant information has been included in the guide below.
Quickest way to become a fairy in The Sims 4
There are a few different ways in which players can achieve having their Sim become a fairy in The Sims 4. However, the easiest method by far is by using the command console and cheats to instantly edit your Sim with this property. A complete breakdown on how to do this has been included below.
- Press CTRL + SHIFT + C on your keyboard
- Type “testingcheats on” into the text box that appears, and press enter. Cheats will now be toggled on
- Select the Sim that you want to become a fairy
- Type “traits.equip_trait trait_OccultFairy_AllAges” into the text box and press enter
- Type “traits.equip_trait trait_OccultFairy_TYAE” into the text box and press enter
The first command transforms the selected Sim into a fairy. Whilst the second command changes their needs to align with this new transformation. Additionally, there is an additional cheat that may come in handy from time to time, enabling players to instantly gain a set number of fairy EXP.
- Type “stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_FairyOccult_FairyXP” followed by the number of EXP you would like to gain (for example, 100) into the text box and press enter
All other ways to become a fairy in The Sims 4
Create-A-Sim
- Players can opt to start with a fairy Sim from the get-go. In the CAS menu, they can create a fairy from the Pick an Occult! button in the creation menu.
Fairy Seedlings
- Sims can acquire a Fairy Seedling via purchase on a computer, foraging in the wilderness, researching, and asking a fairy for a seed
- to obtain a seed from a fairy, select a Fairy Sim and choose More Choices > Fairy > Social > Ask How to Become a Fairy. Now select More Choices > Fairy > Social > Ask for Fairy Seedling
- If the Fairy Sim gifts you a seed, it can be found in your Sim’s personal inventory
- Once acquired, your Sim can plant the Fairy Seedling, which will cause Mother Nature to appear
- She will provide you with a potion. Within 24 hours of drinking this potion, you will then need to travel to Moondrop Springs, click on the springs, and then choose Become a Fairy
