For much of the northern hemisphere, temperatures are noticeably dropping and days are getting heaps shorter. You know what that means?
It’s time to get cosy. Not just for you, but for your Sims, too.
The Sims Freeplay’s new update, which is out now, gives you the ideal chance to do just that. Get ready for the Hygge Holidays, complete with new Community Spaces, crisp winter lighting upgrades, and a whole lot more.
As well as Freeplay’s new content drop, you can also expect your app to start running a whole lot smoother, thanks to a long laundry list of bug patches and other fixes.
What’s included in The Sims Freeplay: Hygge Holidays update?
Same as October’s Roads Less Travelled event, The Sims Freeplay’s Hygge Holidays update is a part of the Gap Year event calendar. It’s set to be a cosy celebration of comfort, connection, and crackling fires throughout the festive period.
Inspired by the Danish and Norwegian concept of Hygge, the event is going to bring twinkling fairy lights, festive decor, and winter markets to the town of Plümberg. As well as some cute winter decor, you can also expect to enjoy gift-giving, crafting challenges, and a huge list of new events to take part in.
The event starts right away on November 24th and will roll all the way through until mid-January.
