Well, it’s getting hotter and hotter, as the rain clouds seem to finally be dispersing and the heat is well and truly here. So if you’re sheltering in the shade and booting up your computer for a game then you’ll be glad to know that the Sims 4 Sim Your Summer Sale is now live on the EA store!
Summertime, when the weather is hot
To mark not just summer, but more than likely the upcoming Enchanted by Nature expansion pack, EA is offering some whopping discounts on top content for The Sims 4. Here’s just a snapshot of some of our top picks…
- Businesses & Hobbies (20% off) – Sure, it’s not the biggest discount imaginable but if you’d been holding off on grabbing this latest expansion now’s probably the time to grab it. Comes packed with plenty of new options to boost your Sim’s homegrown career.
- Werewolves Game Pack & Paranormal Stuff Pack (both 30% off) – Before fairies were the next big thing, fans were clamouring for the return of ghosts and ghouls- er, werewolves. And this duo is perfect for those not into the other mythical monster popular in the sims (hint, it’s got fangs).
- Get to Work (60% off) – One of the earliest expansions and perhaps not-too-flatteringly in the ‘shouldn’t this have been in the base game?’ category. Still, if you want to get started with careers or you’ve only just begun playing, this is a must-have.

You’ll also want to check in if you’re playing on Steam, because EA seems to have folded just a bit and is offering the same discounts over on Valve’s perennial PC storefront. So be it working, major expansions or just getting in touch with the other side you’ve got plenty to play around with ahead of the latest expansion launch in July.
Of course, for the bold among you there’s always the absolute swathe of user-created content out there to enjoy. Why not dig into our guide on getting started with The Sims 4 modding to start building out your experience with some unofficial additions too?
