Stuck on the Occult Baby Challenge while trying to figure out how to have your own little Edith? Or maybe you’re desperately trying to wrap up the 100 Baby Challenge from beyond the grave?
If so, you’re probably going to be wondering if Ghost Sims can give birth from the great beyond.
Can ghosts have kids in The Sims 4?

Unfortunately, you’re bang out of luck. Ghost Sims can’t get pregnant, nor can they get other Sims pregnant. Which is perfect for recreating that one sequence from Ghost without any concerns, and less perfect if you’re hoping to get Guidry in on your family tree.
Unless you’re using the help of Mods, that is. You can tweak the ever-useful Multiple Command Centre (MCCC) to cheat your way into a spectral pregnancy by tweaking the likelihood of getting pregnant from the Try For Baby interaction.
Alternatively, you can grab a bespoke mod made with this express purpose in mind. PolarBearSims’ aptly-named Ghost Can Have Babies! mod is kept up-to-date with current patches and updates, so you shouldn’t have to worry about it breaking your game. The infamous WickedWhims mod is also an option, if you’re old enough and don’t mind potentially welcoming some verifiably cursed content into your saves.
Your ghost won’t be a ghost baby, though. If you want a ghost child, you’ll be best off making wishes at the well from Romantic Garden Stuff.
So… Can vampires have children?

Yep! You can make your Twilight nightmares come true by having vampire babies. Not just babies with a vampire – actual vampire babies. In fact, you can use a Lot trait called On A Dark Ley Line to encourage your chances of having multiple vampire babies at once.
Just be careful feeding them.
There’s no guarantee that your vampire kids will inherit the plasma-sucking gene, but there is a chance. Alternatively, you could turn them once they get old enough.
Can Teen Sims have babies?

Ah, teenagers, the scariest monster of them all. Even in The Sims 4. Or whatever Gerard Way said.
Teen Sims cannot get pregnant or get other Sims pregnant. They’ll have to wait until college (or more specifically, Young Adulthood).
