In total, there are three different neighbourhoods within Gibbi Point that players can choose to develop their households, each with varying lot sizes. But what exactly does Gibbi Point have to offer in terms of content, exploration, and activities?
Let’s take a look at all that has been revealed to eager Sims enthusiasts thus far!
The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits – Gibbi Point Content

Three Different Neighbourhoods
Gibbi Point has three different neighbourhoods for players to enjoy. The first of these neighbourhoods, Wonderwood Wilds, is a rugged, outdoorsy landscape filled with forest and nature. In Wondewood Wilds, players will have opportunities to enjoy woodland camping, with fun spots for kayaking and fishing. In addition to this, rock geysers, Firewatch towers, and butterfly conservations make up other notable landmarks within the scene.
The second neighbourhood was once an old mining town. However, after a mysterious occurrence that involved the gold mines being replaced with crystal overnight, the location gained its official name of Crystal Valley. Of course, players can visit the mines to pan crystals. However, they are also able to swing by the Electric Lagoon to encounter neon jellyfish and glowworm displays. Apparently, some lucky visitors may even encounter a rare species of bird, too!
Lastly, Jellyfish Junction is a coastal location popular with tourists for its artistic vibe. Players can enjoy a vibrant, creative atmosphere, or stop by Toshi the storyteller to receive quests. Notable locations include quirky shops, a Lonely Lighthouse, and Underlight Bay.
Gibbi Point Festivals and lot sizes
Each one of the locations within Gibbi Point will have different lot sizes that players can use to build and develop their households, as well as different Festivals that will be implemented.
Wanderwood Wilds will give players the opportunity to witness the ‘Round the Fire Festival. It also has four different lots available:
- 40×40
- 64×64
- 30×20
- 50×50
In terms of Festivals in Crystal Valley, the mysterious spot will have Sunrise and Sunset. There are also five different available lots for this location, with a decent range of sizes:
- 40×30
- 50×50
- 20×20
- 30×20
- 30×20
Lastly, Jellyfish Junction has the Fitness Fest, Glow and Flow Festivals, and four more lots available for players to set up home.
