EA has just kicked off yet another Sims 4 sale, this time occurring only weeks after the last sale ended. This new sale is titled the Sims 4 Mid-Summer Sale, and will run from July 28. 2025, until August 11, 2025, meaning all featured deals are available for players to browse and snag with a purchase right now!
The Sims 4 Mid-Summer Sale Details
The Sims 4 Mid-Summer sale is featured across multiple platforms, with the ability for players to browse and purchase their items via the EA Store, Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, or PlayStation stores.
This time around, EA is apparently offering up to 60% off in sales, according to the advertisement banner. However, the highest confirmed discount has been rounded off at 50%, so players will just need to keep in mind that the banner likely had an error.
Despite this, being able to purchase extras for your Sims 4 game at just half price is still a very viable deal, and a great opportunity for players to pick up additional Game Packs, Expansion Packs, and Stuff Packs that may have been on their radar.

Notable Discounts in The Sims 4 Mid-Summer Sale
Businesses & Hobbies: 20% off
Life & Death: 38% off
All other Expansion Packs: 50% off
All Game Packs and Stuff Packs: 30% off
It’s important to note that discounts may vary between PC and console platforms/ Furthermore, Kits and the recently released Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack have been excluded from this sale entirely.
Xbox users will find pricing nearly identical to the PC versions, with only slight discrepancies. For instance, Life & Death is marked down 35% rather than 38% that PC players have been granted. However, things do look a little bit different on the PlayStation Store. Fewer packs are on sale overall, but the selection has shifted and includes titles not featured in the previous promotion.
The Sims 4 discounts have been appearing very frequently lately. Because of this, many players are starting to wonder why these deals don’t have more variety, or why the prices for these items (particularly older items) are permanently lowered by a fraction. That said, if you missed the last sale or have been eyeing particular packs, now’s a good opportunity to stock up!
Stay tuned for more Sims updates, and be sure to explore the site for the latest news and announcements!
